I’m Jennifer Nguyen! In early career, I worked in educational field that helped a thousand of people to achieve their desired study plan for 13 years ago which also brought me to see around the world from Asia, USA, Europe… and I landed in USA as an ending point of my life’s destiny.
It is 7 years later I entered another chapter in esthetics because I really like everything about BEAUTY and related to my teenage hood struggled of acne and scars.

Working through day spa to medical spa and clinic with a thousand of new faces with their stories and I also earned various esthetic certificates, won the prizes over the years but my best prize is to manifest the result  driven  of treatments.

Studio Policy

Our treatment’s schedules are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or reschedule with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. 
  • Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full 100% for the scheduled service. 
  • If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. 
  • Check in: We ask you to arrive 5-10 min prior to your appointment time so you have time for parking also, take off all your jewelries and wearing makeup is not recommended.

While we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability, we do accept walk-in appointments based on availability. However, please note that scheduled appointments take precedence, so it's best to call ahead or check online for real-time availability.

How can I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, you can call our studio during business hours or use our online booking system on our website. Select your desired service, date, and time, and our team will confirm your appointment accordingly.

Why should I get regular facials?

Just like we go to the gym to take care of our bodies each month, consistent facials allow our estheticians to better understand your skin each month, properly cleanse, extract and treat your skin needs to reach your skin goals. Along the way, you will also learn more about your skin, how to take care of it at home and build a routine that works for you long term.

Are the treatments in the ACNE BOOTCAMP PROGRAM painful or uncomfortable?

The treatments included in the ACNE BOOTCAMP PROGRAM are generally well-tolerated and aim to minimize discomfort. The experienced skincare professionals at New Skin Studio prioritize your comfort and safety throughout the process. While some treatments may involve mild sensations or temporary redness, any potential discomfort is typically minimal and transient. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, it's recommended to discuss them during the initial consultation so that the treatments can be customized accordingly.

Microdermabrasion offers several benefits for the skin. It can improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, minimize the appearance of pores, even out skin tone, and enhance the skin's overall radiance. Additionally, microdermabrasion promotes the production of collagen and elastin, which can help improve the skin's elasticity and firmness.
